Dawn Mougel, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Inspire 2 Heal Foundation, an organization committed to supporting medical professionals in their desires to help people in need by sharing their knowledge and skills in an effort to create a world of healthcare equality. Dawn is passionate about helping others, making a difference in our society and the world’s healthcare system. She has an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Arizona Institute of Business, Associates degree in Health from Glendale Community College, and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing as a graduate of Grand Canyon University, currently certified as an Acute Trauma Care Nurse. She has shared her love and passion for healing as a previous business owner that incorporated holistic healing services and is currently a bedside nurse in a Level 1 Trauma Intensive Care Hospital. Dawn continues her professional development with her affiliation in multiple shared leadership committees, training and nursing associations. She brings with her essential knowledge and experience in business management, entrepreneurship and critical bedside nursing care. She currently resides in Phoenix with her husband, Dylan and 3 sons, Brandon, Kyle and Austin.

 

Lori Barmore  RN, BS, ATCN, CCRN

CFO / Treasurer / Founder

 

With a genuine passion to inspire others, founder of Inspire 2 Heal Foundation, Lori Barmore has a true appreciation for life.  A Finance graduate of Arizona State University, Lori decided to turn in her Finance job in 2002 for her love of helping others and enrolled in Nursing school.  Her mission trips to Guatemala and Haiti have given her an even greater desire to help others.  Lori's 9+ years as a Level 1 ICU/Trauma nurse and role as CFO is crucial in the success of Inspire 2 Heal.  Lori is an Arizona native and lives in Chandler with her husband Ryan and two boys Corey and Casey.

Ryan Barmore, BS Finance

Vice President of Outreach

 

An Arizona native and 1999 graduate of W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, Ryan has successfully assisted over 250 companies and charities plan and execute their Fundraiser.  Currently the Membership Director at Seville Golf and Country Club in Gilbert, AZ, Ryan is also the owner of BAR 3 Marketing LLC, an internet marketing company.  As Vice President of Outreach, Ryan's is always looking for other people and companies to inspire.  He believes that no matter the size of the inspiration, it can make a big difference.

Avery Maxwell

Vice President of Fundraising

 

Avery has served the better part of 15 years as a business professional in the real estate and mortgage industry.  He began his real estate career in 1998, in Pleasanton California.  With just over one year in business, he moved to Phoenix to open the first of 70 net branches. In 2004, Avery decided to expand his business and open his own funding company, where he continued to raise the bar for peers in his field. With his belief, “Lead by Example”, Avery   has funded more than 400 million residential mortgages and approximately 100 million commercial loans. With his extensive and well-rounded background in investing and finance, he plays a key role in the start-up and future of the Inspire 2 Heal Foundation. Because of his own success, he feels blessed and has a genuine desire to give back.  He has been a part of the Habitat for Humanity, is still actively involved with the LOVE House Project, which is an organization that houses abandoned teens and now serves on the board for inspire 2 heal. His first priority is his two children which share the same passions of the outdoors.  He strongly believes that, with a strong enough desire, passion and work ethic, you can achieve anything.

Dylan Mougel

Vice President of Operations

 

Born in Colmar, France and lived in New Zealand and Australia until 1994 when he moved to Arizona to join family in the United States. Dylan was a very ambitious young man, with strong dedication and work ethics. He immediately enrolled at Glendale Community College to enhance his knowledge of Business Administration. In 1996, he was grateful for an employment opportunity at Mark Mitsubishi as a lot attendant. Over the last 16 years of service, Dylan has earned his way through the rankings of this dealership where he is currently a very well-respected and successful General Manager of all Sales and Service. It is with his many years of experience in leadership and business that he intends to support Inspire 2 Heal in their establishment and growth.     

Paul Dabrowski, MD, FACS

Director of Surgery and Medicine

Dr. Dabrowski is a native of Southern California and joined the full-time faculty and staff of Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center in 2008. He is currently the medical director of Banner Good Samaritan’s Level I Trauma Center.  He received his medical degree from the St. Louis University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Mo. in 1990 and completed his general surgery training along with two additional years of fellowship in Surgical Critical Care and Trauma Surgery at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, La. He is board certified in both General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care.  Dr. Dabrowski has many years of experience in trauma leadership. He is a member of state and national organizations to include the Eastern Association for the Surgery of Trauma, American Association for the Surgery of Trauma, Society of Critical Care Medicine, Arizona Trauma & Acute Care Consortium, and is State Faculty for the Advanced Trauma Life Support program.  He is a captain (select) in the Medical Corps of the U.S. Navy and has served an active duty tour with the Marines in Fallujah, Iraq in 2007-2008. 

Herbie Duran, CRNA, MSNA

Board Member

As a native of Arizona growing up in Winslow, Herbie Duran always knew healthcare was his calling. He received his undergraduate degree in nursing from Arizona State University in 1999. After graduation, he worked as an RN in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center. In 2004, he enrolled in the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist program at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ, graduating with a Master of Science in Anesthesia in 2006. He is currently a full-time staff Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist at Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ.

April Lane, RN

Secretary


As a Registered Nurse in Arizona who obtained her nursing degree in 2008 and her Massage Therapy certification in 2002, April has always maintained a strong focus on caring for others.  With her experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center and now currently working as a Case Manager for Hospice of the East Valley, April brings a unique set of skills and knowledge from her inpatient care to end of life care. Her long term career plans include continuing her certification in Holistic Nutrition and assisting Inspire 2 Heal Foundation in meeting their mission

Nick Woodworth, RN, BS, MSW, MBA

Board Member

 

Having a passion for helping others and education, Nick brings many years of education and public service to the board. He received his undergraduate education at Central Michigan University, graduating with a double major in psychology and family studies in 1999 where he went on to earn his Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work in 2001 and his Master’s in Business Administration in 2005.  Nick was active in public service in a variety of positions, including social work, foster care, counselor, substance abuse case manager and a victim advocate for domestic violence victims. In 2007 Nick moved to Phoenix, Arizona where he endeavored upon his nursing degree graduating in 2010 with his Associate’s degree. With his current experience in medical and surgical as well as a Level 1 Trauma Intensive Care Unit, Nick plans to continue his nursing education and is pleased to support any nursing and educational needs of the Inspire 2 Heal Foundation.
